This book is about the application of soft law in the field of international arbitration. Within the framework of the concept of soft law, the author deals with the right to a fair trial and the arbitrary power of judges, and then the binding feature of this soft law is determined. The purpose of this book is to express whether the regulation of the due process by arbitrators and by soft law is still appreciated or is a threat to the arbitrators’ authority. This book argues that the development of international trade law must grow in the face of globalization. In this book, the author examines the soft law in arbitration and its consequences. The main purpose of this book is to show that soft law has positive effects on international arbitration.
